Kerri will always be remembered for her heart, her devotion to each of the girls of her Girl Scout troop and the caring friend she was. She was a tremendous part of my daughter’s childhood and a friend to me always. May God keep her, Mark and their beautiful angel close always. Grateful for her presence, her example and her dedication to service always ❤️ She was a gift and we will keep her in our hearts always. Wish Nati & I could travel to Illinois for her memorial. We will be there on spirit.

Kerri is one of the best human beings I’ve ever known. She was always a bright light for me as a fellow educator, Girl Scout leader and Blackhawk’s fan.

I met Kerri a few times over several years through book club. Kerri had a wry charm and an uncommon perspective on life which made her a treasure to hear from in our discussions. I know she especially loved her family, her home and being a mom.
I will long remember her smile, her candor and her self-awareness.

Kerri’s kindness and innate “goodness” will be missed by anyone that knew her. The world was made better by her very existence. She continually handled with dignity and grace all the trials and health difficulties she was dealt. Kerri’s legacy will live on through the beautiful son she created with her wonderful husband. There will be a large void without Kerri’s presence, however heaven will be made an even better place with her arrival.

I know we lost touch after high school, but it was heartbreaking hearing that Kerri was no longer with us. Being neighbors, I considered her my best friend growing up. I will cherish the memories of the hours playing together and our adventures in the neighborhood and will keep her husband and son in my prayers. She will be greatly missed.

I am so very sad to hear about Kerri’s passing. I have been her hairstylist for quite a few years. I enjoyed seeing her in my chair & Loved our conversations. Her son was the light of her life.

I grew up in Richton Park with Kerri. We were at U of I at the same time and then both wound up being Riverside residents. There aren’t many people in my life who I can say have known me since I was 5, but she’s on the list. She was a beautiful person and I am so saddened to hear she passed. Her family is in my prayers.
