Funeral Mass Monday, May 23, 9:15am Prayers at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 10:00am Funeral Mass at St. Leonard Church, Berwyn. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 2:00pm – 8:00pm.
