Smith, loving mother of Scott (Kelly) Tugman, Tom Tugman Jr., Julie (David) Westerhausen and Mike (Lisa) Smith, cherished grandmother of Joseph, Andrew, Evelynn, Sophia, Ryland, Rorey, Henry and Vivian. Funeral Saturday, August 15th, 10:00am Chapel Service at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home 2447 S. DesPlaines Avenue, North Riverside. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Christ the King Garden Mausoleum. Visitation Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm.
