Beloved husband and high school sweetheart of Delores nee Cech, loving father of Jeff (Beverlee), Shari (Bill) Castonzo and Dave (Pam), cherished poppy of Billy, Kristyn, Carissa and Anthony Castonzo and David II, Wesley, Jack and Emilie Zitek, dear brother of Shirlee Jecmen, fond uncle to many.
