Helen Martinkus

Helen Martinkus, nee Gerchas, age 95 of North Riverside. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Martinkus, loving mother of James (Anne) and Susan (Bob) Foody, cherished grandmother of Wendy, Amy, Jocelyn, Sophie, Lisa, Jessica, Chase and her many great grandchildren who were the loves of her life, fond sister of late Julia Cook and dear friend to many. All enjoyed her delicious cooking and wonderful hospitality. She was dedicated to her Church and loved serving as president of the Sisters of St. Casimir auxiliary for many years. Visitation and interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Sisters of St. Casimir would be appriciated.
