John Fornalsky, age 71 of Lyons, former owner of the Elkhorn Inn in Cicero, beloved husband of Janka nee Slobodnik, loving father of John and Steven.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Barbara Church, 4008 Prairie Avenue, Brookfield, IL 60513, Monday, February 13th at 10:00am.
