John William Ter Haar Jr., age 88 of Chicago. U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband of Anita, nee Urban, loving father of John (Jackie), Monte (Andrea Valenti), Gina (Thomas) Block, Maria (David) Kocher and James (Beth), devoted grandfather of Christina, Kevin, Robert, Steven, Amanda, Jordan, Theo and Evan, fond brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend of many. John was a master carpenter and a member of the Carpenter’s Union Local #0062.
Funeral Thursday, January 30th, 10:45am Funeral Mass at St. Michael Church, 14327 Highland Avenue, Orland Park. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at the Church by 10:30am. Interment Mount Carmel Cemetery, Hillside.
