John O. Higgins Jr., age 69 of Berwyn. Beloved husband of Patricia, nee King, loving father of Michael (Maria), Colleen (Joe) Ferenzi and Maureen (Kevin) O’Brien, cherished grandfather of Grace, Mia, Allison, Sean, Aidan, Brody and Jack, dear brother of Marie (Robert) Ewald and the late Edward Breen, fond uncle and friend to many. Funeral Wednesday, September 6,  Prayers 9:45am at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 S. DesPlaines Avenue, North Riverside, Funeral Mass 10:30am at St. Mary of Celle Church, (corner of 15^th Street and Euclid Avenue, Berwyn).  Services will conclude at church following funeral mass.
