Lillian A. Havlik nee Pitelka, age 94, of North Riverside passed away peacefully in her home on February 1, 2012. Dearest daughter of the late Joseph and the late Antonie Pitelka, beloved wife of the late Edwin J., loving mother of Terry, Gary (Odette) and the late Gregory (Jan), cherished grandmother of Michael (Heather), Lisa, Matthew, Nicole and Danielle, dear sister of the late Helen, Jospeh, Louis, Laddie and Elsie, sister-in-law of Roseanne Mondike, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
