I just found out about Big Lous passing today. I worked with her for many years at Morton Salt. Big Lou was one of the best, a true professional. She was also a stickler for when it came to grammar and punctuation. She also told some great jokes. May she rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear this about Big Lou. That was her nickname at Morton. I met her when I started Morton Salt and she was the nicest, most helpful woman I worked with. Never forgot her sense of humor! She was loved by all at Morton!

So very sad to read of Lous passing. She was one of my mothers best friends and a neighbor of my childhood home on Grove Avenue in Berwyn. What a wonderful, kind, funny woman. Say hi to my mom, Lou, shes got your dinner waiting. And shes ready for a game of Aggravation. I offer sincere condolences to my all of you from the Gryz and Hannigan families.
