We love Marie and we mourn the end of her life. We love that Marie had a tiny body, but also a giant spirit. That she had a gentle touch, but gave us so much strength. That she spoke so softly, but we still hear her voice. That she sometimes used a crutch, but we always leaned on her. That she had the look of a lamb, but lived with the heart of a lion. And now Marie is free. Free from the shackles she wore with such grace, that she bore with such beauty. Free to hopscotch the moons and play tag with the stars. Free to chase her dreams and soar to the heavens. Free to ride her unicorns and dance with the angels. Were grateful to have felt her touch. To have heard her laugh. To have kissed her cheek. Thank-you , Marie. You gave us so much love, And so much to love.
