Waszak, loving mother of Michael (Linda McVickers and the late Lynn Gacek-Waszak) and Mary Ruzicka, cherished grandmother of Larry (Fai) Waszak, Eleanore Waszak, Nina (Tony Quiroz) Waszak, Kristin (Peter) Berghoff, Michele Ruzicka, Jessica (Jordan) Wilkey, Olivia Ruzicka and great grandmother of Eleisa, Layne and Liam, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday, November 22^nd, 10:00am until time of funeral mass, 11:00am at St. Pius X Church, 4300 S. Oak Park Avenue, Stickney. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
