Russell Henry Rateike Sr., age 68 of Dyersburg, TN. Beloved husband of Margaret Rebecca (nee Stevens), loving father of Russell Henry Jr. (Renee), Daniel James Sr. (Jill), Michael Lee (Jeanette) and the late Patricia Carol, fond brother of Wendy (late Ronald) Butcher, Lois (Al) Adamski, Doris (late Roger) Suich, Joan (John) Hansen, Carl (Debbie), Tim, Dennis (Donna), Clifford (late Helen) and the late Pearl Balzano, Grace Mazalin and Phillip Rateike, cherished grandfather of Angelia, Jeremy, Russell, Daniel, Megan, John, Michael and Nicholas, dear son of the late Wilbert and Clara Rateike. Funeral Service Tuesday, June 21, 10:00am at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home 2447 S. DesPlaines Avenue, North Riverside. Interment Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park. Visitation Monday, 3:00pm to 9:00pm.

So sorry to hear this. I had the privilege of meeting mr. Rateike when I was working At dodges store. When I heard the news , it made my heart sad! He was my favorite customer . Always nice and polite. He will be greatly missed! Praying for the whole family.

Rateike family, i am at a loss for words. I thought Russell was one of those guys who would live to be 100 yrs old. Truly in shock. Im so sorry guys. Your dad was as cool as they come. I enjoyed any time i got to spend. Shooting the crap with him.
