Vlasta M. “Pat” Urban of North Riverside, IL

Vlasta M. “Pat” Urban, nee Valla, age 99. Born August 11, 1918 in Chicago and passed away at her home in North Riverside on January 8, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Edward M., loving mother of Charmaine (late Dale) Ewers, cherished grandmother of Todd (Agnes) and Timothy (Lindsay) and great grandmother of Avery, Holly, Parker, Juliana and Olivia, dear friend and companion of the late Elmer Bilek. Pat was a member of the North Riverside Golden Agers, North Riverside Woman’s Club and the North Riverside Health Committee. She was a secretary at Western Electric and Aerosol Research. Her favorite pastimes were reading, doing puzzles, dancing and gardening. Pat was a passionate Cubs fan and was elated when they became World Series Champions in 2016. Visitation Friday, January 12, 3:00pm – 9:00pm, Funeral Service 7:00pm at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 S. DesPlaines Avenue, North Riverside.  Interment Private.
