Dr. William Yotis, age 93 of LaGrange, formerly of Tampa, FL., Elmwood Park, Chicago, and Almyros, Greece. A vivacious and brilliant scientist who was a microbiology professor well into his 80’s, published into his 90’s and always
on a quest to learn more. Beloved husband of the late Eleonora (nee Colón-Velez), loving father of William Jr. (Karen), Athena (Steve) Trout and Victor (Lisa), cherished Papou of Sofia (Andrew) Wilson, Nicholas Yotis, and Anastasia Yotis, dear brother of the late Mary (Sophocles) Kosmos and the late Georgia (Alex) Mitchell, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
